Jess is 4 months old!

Our big boy turned 4 months old today.  It has gone by so fast!  Before we know it, we'll be planning a birthday party.  He is getting so big, and I swear he changes everyday.

Jess has become a pro in his Jumperoo.  I call him Jumperooni Jess.  We decided it was time to get out the Johnny Jump-up that Chele and Owen gave us.  Jess was pumped that he could spin 360 degrees!

Our friends the Kammeruds loaned us their ducky tub.  Jess is wanting to sit up more and more lately and that includes bathy time.  Josh still had to hold him in the ducky, but he seemed to like his new angle in the tub.

Jess loves to be naked.  He smiles all the time, but usually only giggles when his clothes are off.  It is hysterical!

Parenting has brought out the extreme weirdness in my husband.  The other night he decided to wear Jess's play place.  He called the first one "Turtle-back Man" and the second one "Suspenders Man."  I love him.

I took the day off today to spend some time with my little Mister, and we had quite the day.  Jess didn't feel the need for an afternoon nap, but he did feel the need to wear his crabbypants all afternoon!  We have recently learned (through Josh's amazing singing abilities) that Jess LOVES the song "Lollipop."  Silly boy! So we did a lot of that while changing diapers today.  He wanted to be held quite a bit, and Mama's back was getting sore!  Josh came up with a super idea.  He got out the umbrella stroller and we wheeled Jess around the house.  He LOVED it!

Back to work for me tomorrow, but we look forward to a weekend spending time as a family, singing, dancing, and strolling around the house!
