We have had a busy few weeks. Easter was last weekend, so we were in the Cities celebrating with family. I got to do some shopping, and we got to spend lots of time with the Globas and the Cadwalladers. Jess was a very spoiled boy, he got three Easter baskets! The bunny was good to him, stopping by our house in Ladysmith, Grandma and Grandpa's, and Baba and Deedee's.

Jess is starting to be consistent with his morning naps. This has us and his nanny pretty excited. The better he naps, the happier he is! He is just the sweetest thing after he wakes up.

Jess had his first taste of chicken. He loved it, just like all his other food. I hope he continues to eat everything we put in front of him!

We got a new jumperoo for our house (Thanks Kammeruds!). Jess loves it and so do we. It's a bit more sturdy than the other one, so Jess isn't bottoming out with every jump. Plus, now we have a jumperoo in Minnesota for when we are back home.

Jess is just about sitting up by himself. He gets a little excited sometimes and then tips over, but he's really getting stronger. He also recently started getting up on his hands and knees and rocking. No crawling yet, but Jess is well on his way. Time to baby-proof the house!
